Meet Jocelyn
Jocelyn became a therapist because she's passionate about guiding people toward meaningful change — and she's been doing that work across the lifespan, with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She's especially drawn to supporting people navigating ADHD and anxiety, and she brings both clinical skill and real personal understanding to that work. She knows what it's like to carry the weight of perfectionism and the constant pressure to get everything right, and that experience shapes how she shows up for her clients.
Jocelyn's go-to is Narrative Therapy — helping clients separate who they are from what they're going through. When you're deep in anxiety or struggling with ADHD, it can start to feel like those things define you. Jocelyn helps clients explore the stories they've been telling themselves, find the strengths that are already there, and start building a narrative that centers growth, resilience, and agency instead of everything that feels hard.
Her training is rooted in trauma-informed, strength-based, and holistic approaches, and she's comfortable working across all ages. Whether she's sitting with a child learning to name big feelings, a couple working through communication breakdowns, or an individual figuring out how to set boundaries and advocate for themselves within their family system, Jocelyn brings warmth, genuine curiosity, and a belief that her clients already have what they need — sometimes they just need someone in their corner to help them see it.
What she admires most about people with ADHD is their resilience — the way they keep showing up, keep wanting to grow, and keep looking for strategies that work for them, even when the world hasn't made that easy.
