Meet Andrea

Andrea is a mom, Clinical Director at a local nonprofit, and a therapist who truly gets the juggling act of modern life—especially when ADHD is part of the picture. She works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating the unique challenges of ADHD, with a special passion for supporting parents learning to connect with their neurodivergent children and add effective structure at home.

As a mom to a neurodivergent child herself, Andrea brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. She knows firsthand how ADHD shapes family dynamics and daily routines, and she's committed to helping clients build stronger relationships and more sustainable ways of moving through life.

Andrea's approach weaves together Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and practical behavioral activation strategies. She helps clients get clear on what truly matters to them, then make functional, real-world changes—like strengthening time management, building executive functioning skills, and creating systems that actually work with their brains. Her focus is always on helping clients pursue their goals and values in ways that feel achievable, not overwhelming.

Andrea also facilitates group therapy for women with ADHD, offering a space for shared experiences, support, and practical strategies.
